PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE

Payment plans are available to families; however, all registration and program fees must be paid in full by September 15.

Equipment will not be issued to any athlete with a past due balance.

MANDATORY FUNDRAISER

Participation in the organization’s fundraiser is required for all athletes. Each athlete is responsible for selling dinner night fundraiser tickets totaling $200, which must be completed before uniforms are distributed.

Additional Deposits for all Cheerleaders

Volunteer Hours: Volunteer hours are required for each athlete. MVJM will notify parents of minimum volunteer hours by the beginning of the 2026 season. Credit card information will be collected & kept on file to support required volunteer participation and will be released upon completion of volunteer hours. Families who prefer not to complete volunteer hours may choose a $400 volunteer buyout option, payable before the season begins.

Cheer Registration Refund Policy

The Mesa Verde Jr Mavs will offer a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee to anyone submitting a written request to board@juniormavs.org prior to August 3rd, 2026. Any refund requests after this date will be reviewed by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
