To ensure all families receive high-quality custom apparel, please review our Spirit Wear Policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

All Mesa Verde Junior Mavericks spirit wear is custom made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the individual customer, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Color or style preference
• Duplicate orders
• Any other personal preference

Please review all sizing and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

No Order Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Production begins shortly after orders are placed, and we are unable to modify orders once they have been processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item due to an error by the vendor, please notify the Mesa Verde Junior Mavericks Spirit Wear Coordinator within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Photos of the item may be required before a replacement can be requested.

Order Fulfillment

Spirit wear orders are placed during designated ordering windows. Once the ordering window closes, production begins. Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated at the close of each sale.
