How do I register my child for a program?
Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot.
Does my child need experience?
No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.
How often do you practice?
Practice is 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) until the first league game, then practices will drop to 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday)
Where do we practice?
Practices are held at Mesa Verde High School located at 7501 Carriage Dr., Citrus Heights, CA 95621
How will I receive updates or communication?
All updates are sent communicated through the chat feature and email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.
Are board members or coaches screened or trained?
Coaches are required to complete background checks, mandated reporter training, heads up training, and our football coaches take an additional AB1 training.

Are volunteers or coaches needed?
Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.
What is the organization's code of conduct?
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
What's included in football registration?

What's not included in football registration?
- Tethered mouthpiece
- Practice pants
- Cleats
Plus: $70 football uniform (includes 2 game jerseys, 1 pair of game pants, & 1 pair of socks)
*To ensure inclusion of an athlete’s name on their football jersey, registration must be completed by June 1.
