REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Complete online registration and payment

Have parent/guardian complete all required waivers and acknowledgments during registration

Provide accurate emergency contac and medical information

Football Registration Refund Policy

The Mesa Verde Jr Mavs will offer a partial refund of $50 to anyone submitting a written request to board@juniormavs.org

 prior to November 15th. Any refund requests after this date will be reviewed by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
